this week, Culture Minister Maria Miller was told by members of the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) that she was not welcome there because of the job cuts and challenges to workers' rights that have come from her department. The PCS has issued a
Manifesto for Culture to voice their opposition to public funding cuts, and the need to protect job security.
