No-Board Report Issued for Lambton County Library

A no-board report has been issued by Ontario's Ministry of Labour after unsuccessful negotiations between Lambton County and the union representing the county's library and art gallery employees. The two parties are unable to come to an agreement on wages, hours of work, contract length, and sick time pay-out at retirement. Union representatives have also cited bullying by management as a cause of labour unrest. The union will be in a legal strike position on July 13.
