Workers at universities across the UK are on
strike once again today. While the majority of the workers involved are participating in a two-hour strike, workers at eleven institutions are striking for a full day due to a decision by administration to dock a full day's pay for anyone participating in the two hour strike. This is the sixth short-term strike that members of University and College Union have been involved in since October. Administration continues to assert that the series of strikes have had "little or no impact" on the institutions involved.
