Planet Princeton: Labor union protests school contractor's use of non-local workers

 Planet Princeton reports that the Laborers' International Union of North America's Princeton, NJ chapter has erected an inflatable Scabby the Rat outside the administrative building of Princeton Public Schools as a protest after the districts contractor for a renovation project hired non-union, non-local workers for the job.

The union is also passing out fliers encouraging passersby to contact district officials to express their concerns.
