Legislators in the Massachusetts House of Representatives will be looking to take up a bill to help labor in the wake of last years Janus v. AFSCME case, WGBH reports.
A similar bill failed to pass last year, but the hope is to bring the bill to a vote before July 4.
The bill would provide labor unions the ability to charge non-members for legal aid they benefit from in arbitration cases.
