Spearheaded by the Clark County Historical Museum (CCHM) in Vancouver, Washington, this collaborative public history project involved museum staff and volunteers, professors and students from Washington State University Vancouver, the Vancouver Community Library (part of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District), and various local unions.
