Everyone gets a raise! Ditch the merit-based salary increase! In the first year everyone will get a 3.75% raise OR the minimum salary for their position, whichever is higher. We were also able to raise the minimum starting pay for all positions... (1/3)

years 2 and 3 of the contract our raise will be 3%. Finally, nothing prevents
the university from offering merit increases on top of the salary increases
