KEPR: Kennewick (Wash.) teachers out on strike, district cancel's classes

Teachers were picketing outside of schools in Kennewick, WA on Tuesday while the school district made the late Monday call to cancel classes after the district and union failed to reach an agreement in negotiations, CBS affiliate KEPR reports.
