Locked out.
On February 18 2008, 22 days ago, the Greater Victoria Public Library Board locked out, not only Library workers, but everyone in the Capital area that uses the nine branches.
A rally was held on March 8, International Women's Day. Pay equity is “equal pay for work of equal value”, and that’s what CUPE 410 is seeking.
