Picket lines at BC library

Workers in the Okanagan (British Columbia) Public Library system picketed the opening of a new library branch in Vernon, BC.  The picketers did not obstruct entrance and were not striking; rather, it was an informational strike to inform the public about the situation facing CUPE members who have been trying to negotiate a new contract with the library system.
