Delta (BC) Museum & Archives negotiations

CUPE Local 454 reports that negotiations with the municipal government of Delta, British Columbia are not going well.  The local represents staff at the Delta Museum and Archives, among other civic workers.  The main issues are sick leave, hours of work, and benefits but apparently little progress is being made.
