Port Hope (Ontario) library workers organize

Congratulations and solidarity to library workers in Port Hood, Ontario who have recently organized with the Canadian Union of Public Employees.  From the article:

"Job security is especially important when there is constant news of cutbacks and economic uncertainty," said Debbie Oldfield, CUPE organizing representative. "CUPE offers workers an opportunity to create balance in their workplaces so workers have a voice and a legitimate avenue to deal with setbacks."
