New Collective Agreement for CUPE 391
More news from library workers in British Columbia - CUPE 391 has ratified a new four-year collective agreement. CUPE 391 represents library staff at Vancouver Public Library, Sechelt Public Library, and Gibsons and District Public Library. According to the union spokesperson, "the changes to the language in the collective agreement will allow CUPE 391 members to better serve library users as technology continues to change." Other benefits include wage increases and improvements for part-time staff.
