Staff at BC Library Join CUPE

Staff at New Westminster Public Library have voted in favour of joining CUPE. Library staff had formally been represented by the New Westminster Public Library Staff Association. According to the NWPL Staff Association President, the decision to join CUPE was based on " rapid workplace change, and a corresponding increase in the complexity of labour-management relations".
