New Contract for Rutgers Faculty

After months of negotiations and demonstrations, faculty at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, have reached a tentative agreement with university administration on a new four-year contract. The new contract includes significant salary increases and a modification of the contract language that allowed the university to impose a salary freeze in 2010.
