New Contract for Onondaga County Library Workers

The Civil Service Employees Association, which represents library workers and other workers in Onondaga County in New York, and Onondaga County administration have agreed to the terms of a fact-finding report issued by the New York State Employment Relations Board. The new contract will include increased wages as well as increased employee health insurance contributions. The union's previous contract expired in 2012.
