New four-year labor contracts for 9,000 Rutgers educators, researchers, clinicians and librarians
The seeds of solidarity between the full-time, tenured faculty and their part-time counterparts were sown during the COVID-19 pandemic, when they joined together to protect against the university furloughing teaching positions, said Todd Wolfson, general vice president of Rutgers AAUP-AFT.
