Gary (IN) Public Library update

Some good news out of Gary: after AFSCME accused the Gary Library Board of union-busting tactics, the board voted to delay the proposed re-organization that would result in lay-offs for several union members.  However, the news is not all good: the plan will be reviewed by board members who are already in favor of the lay-offs, excluding more trepidatious board members.
