Good news from Terrace, BC

The library in Terrace, British Columbia actually had its budget increased in order to prevent service cuts.  Terrace council apparently saw the worth of the library and, in contradiction to how just about every other municipality on the continent has been handling this sort of situation, increased funding to this valued public service.
